Is Las Vegas really a health & welness destination?

I can’t seem to associate Las Vegas NV with the terms “health” & “wellness”.

But there’s a recent publication the “Las Vegas Health and Wellness Destination Guide,” a 176-page publication that high lights the city’s medical infrastructure and touts LV as a health & wellness destination.

Other than the great weather & world class spas you’re going to have to convince me otherwise regarding the health & wellness bennies of Lost Wages.
