Benjamin Franklin Constitution Day speaker

Constitution Day commemorates the formation and signing of the U.S. Constitution by thirty-nine brave men on September 17, 1787, recognizing all who are born in the U.S. or by naturalization, have become citizens.

I’m sorry about this late notice but I just received confirmation that the Honorable Dr. Benjamin Franklin will speak at Ohio University Southern-Ironton on Friday, September 16th at 2:00 PM in the Riffe Rotunda.

Dr. Franklin will look back over his life recounting the pain, trials and finally success of bringing splintered colonies into a binding union under the power of the United States Constitution.

Feel free to bring your classes, you friends, your family and any British you run into along the way!
