1st Super Bowl

On this day in 1967, at the not sold out Los Angeles Coliseum, the Green Bay Packers beat the Kansas City Chiefs in the first-ever world championship game of American football

Today it’s an unofficial holiday with parties, feasts, betting and much more!

It also has become a major travel event with Super Bowl parties at sea, in Vegas and other resort destinations!

It's also one of the tougher tickets to get!

One of these days we might even get to see the Cleveland Browns play in one!
