Free Save our Historic Buildings Clinic in Portsmouth OH

The Ohio Historic Preservation Office is putting on a free “Building Doctor” clinic in Portsmouth on June 14 & 15 but we need a minimum of 25 registrations to bring the clinic.  This event is designed to talk about the importance of preservation and the available grant and funding options.  

The event is FREE to the public but your preregistration is mandatory!  If your schedule allows, please plan to attend, the presentation will discuss all aspects of owning an older or historical property. 

For Irontonians this could be a great opportunity to rehabilitate the Ro-Na Theater and Memorial Hall. Get involved and save our history! There may be some other properties that qualify too! 

We have a lot of great history up & down the river! Let’s save as much as we can for our children’s’ children.

I encourage folks on the other side of the river to attend. There should be some “good “ stuff for you too!
